ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry in accordance with law pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 20.11.2024, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the respondent has conducted the enquiry and closed the complaint.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
