PRAYER IN W.P.(MD) No.3217 of 2023: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to complete the proceedings regarding the Revision Petition in No.9/2022 SaPa, filed for claiming subsistence allowance for a period of interim suspension and pass appropriate orders within a stipulated time.

PRAYER IN W.P.(MD) No.3218 of 2023: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to complete the proceedings regarding the Revision Petition in No.11/2022 SaPa filed by the petitioner, challenging the order of the second respondent dated 02.07.2022, demoting him as Assistant and pass appropriate orders within a stipulated time. For Petitioners : Mr.T.Ravichandran For R1 : Mr.A.Baskar Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to complete the proceedings regarding the Revision Petitions in No.4/2021 SaPa, No.9/2022 SaPa and 2/5

No.11/2022 SaPa respectively filed by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the employee of the second respondent Society. As against the employee, an enquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act was conducted and under Section 87 of the Act, proceeding was initiated and on completion of the same, the petitioner's salary was reduced. Against which, the petitioner has preferred the revision petitions before the first respondent and the same were not disposed of. Hence, the present writ petitions have been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the first respondent to complete the proceedings in Revision Petition Nos. 4/2021 SaPa, No.9/2022 SaPa and No.11/2022 SaPa, within a period of 3/5

four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the revision proceedings.

5. With the above directions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
