Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.GOKULRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.MOHAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.A report dated, 25.10.2017 was received from the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karur, reveals the fact that the petitioner is complying with the weekly conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition from 13.02.2017 onwards till 23.10.2017 and the appeal is still pending.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on first working day of every month at 10.30 am, till the disposal of the appeal.
