O R D E R

The petitioners, who stands accused Nos.1 and 2 of offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, seek quash of the proceedings in Crime No.32 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, a Joint Compromise Memo has been filed, entered into on 18.02.2015 between the petitioners and the second respondent/de-facto complainant. The same reflects the settlement of dispute between the parties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court accepts the compromise signed by both the parties viz., the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 and the second respondent/de-facto complainant as well as their respective counsel. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.32 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent shall stands quashed.
