2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2020 for the offences punishable under sections 392 and 397 of I.P.C., in Crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
3. It is a case of chain snatching.

CRL OP(MD). No.3660 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having three previous cases of the same nature. Hence, I am not inclined to grant relief. This criminal original petition stands dismissed. The respondent is directed to file a final report immediately.
