O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, Padmanabhapuram (hereinafter referred to as 'the Trial Court' for short), to expedite the proceedings in D.V.C. No. 16 of 2021. 2.
This Court, during earlier hearing on 01.04.2024, had passed the following order:- "2.
The Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram , shall send a report as to whether there is any impediment for conducting further proceedings in D.V.C. No. 16 of 2021 and if so, shall explain the reasons for the same, before next hearing."

In furtherance to the order dated 01.04.2024 passed by this Court, the Trial Court has sent a report dated 28.05.2024 in D.No. 1117 / 2024 stating that D.V.C. No. 16 of 2021, after full trial, has been disposed by an order dated 23.05.2024.

In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
