ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 5 by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they have received the representation of the petitioner and the same is under enquiry and they will complete the enquiry within a period of 15 days.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner even without issuing notice to the private respondents this Court is inclined to pass orders. Since the respondents themselves admitted that the representation of the petitioner is pending it is the duty of the respondents to consider the same in accordance with law. 2/4

4. In view of the same, this Court directs the second respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2024 within a period of 15 days on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the private respondents.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
