ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 IPC, in Crime No.128 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that this petitioner did not appear before the Trial Court on 04.04.2014, on account of which, nonbailable warrant has been issued by the Trial Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier arrested in this case and was released on bail and that he had been to Kerala to earn his livelihood and, therefore, he was not able to appear before the Court on one hearing, on account of which, the Trial Court has issued non-bailable warrant.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, the learned Magistrate shall decide the bail application on the same day and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law.
