PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to reimburse the amount which were illegally deducted from the petitioner's salary and further directing the respondent not to deduct the such amount in future. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner is an employee in the respondent/Corporation. His grievance is that from his salary without his knowledge certain amount has been deducted. He wants the deducted amount to be refunded.

3.When the matter was taken up for final disposal, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is a member of the Trade union and only as per mutual agreement between the Union and the Management, these amounts have been deducted.

orders on the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2018 with regard to refund all the illegally deducted amount in his monthly salary. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent/Corporation submits that no further sum will be deducted based on the agreement between the Union and the Management henceforth insofar as the petitioner is concerned. This submission is recorded.
