O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the petitioner's wife namely Michael Mercy Angelin aged 29 W/o.Santhiya Baskat and to produce the detenue's body or person before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2. The petitioner got married one Michael Mercy Angelin and living together. Whileso on 06.12.2025 the petitioner went for fishing and from 12.12.2025 onwards his wife left the matrimonial home along with two children. Therefore the petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent for which the petitioner was issued with CSR No. 381 of 2025. On enquiry it was found that the wife of the petitioner is living separately and she does not want to live with the petitioner herein. Hence it reveals that the wife of the petitioner is not under illegal detention of anyone.
