O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the illegal underground drainage system of the third respondent which is un-authorizedly connected with the connection of the Writ Petitioner.

2.According to the learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner, he had obtained underground drainage connection from the respondents 1 and on payment of appropriate charges. However the third respondent has un-authorisedly connected his house to the said connection.

3.Notice was issued to the respondents 1 and 2 and they produced the records to the effect that the third respondent has also received orders for underground drainage connection way back in the year 2018 itself and the respondents 1 and 2 have collected underground drainage tax also.

4.In view of the above facts, the contention of the Writ Petitioner is incorrect and un-sustainable. In view of the same, no further orders are called for in the present Writ Petition. 5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. N costs. 2/4
