O R D E R

The petitioner/husband, who has filed the proceedings against the respondent/wife, for dissolving the marriage in H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi, seeks transfer of the same to the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned Counsel for the parties agreed for transfer of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2020, from the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

3. In view of the same, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi and transferred to the Family Court, Tirunelveli. The Family Court, Thoothukudi is directed to transmit the papers in H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2020 to the Family Court, Tirunelveli, forthwith.

4. The learned Judge, Family Court, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the papers from the Family https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.102 of 2020 Court, Thoothukudi, after due notice and opportunity to both parties. However, there will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
