ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

2.Initially, this petition was filed showing the crime number as 'not known'. Therefore, this Court has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 23.02.2015, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police at 5.30 p.m every day for a period of two weeks.

3.Today, the respondent Police is present and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions from the respondent Police, submits that the respondent Police have conducted the investigation and closed the case as 'mistake of fact'. A copy of the Closure Report has also been filed before this Court. 4.Under such circumstances, the same is recorded and this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
