This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 12 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 12 of 2021 and also filed final report before the Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.S.C.No.17 of 2022.
