ORDER

This Court by order dated 05.08.2025, directed the petitioner to pay entire arrears of maintenance and the matter was posted for reporting

compliance today. However, the same is not complied so far. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the petitioner appeared before this Court submitted that it was not possible to comply the order of this Court dated 05.08.2025.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as non compliance. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
