O. P. (MD) NO. 11458 of 2016 dated 13.07.2016 in Crime No. 55 of 2016 on the file of the Respondent police and pass such or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PALANI RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11458 of 2016, dated 13.07.2016, by this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions and the petitioners have been directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 06.00 p.m. until further orders. As per the said order, when the petitioners went to the respondent police station, they threatened them to foist a false case. Therefore, the petitioners have come up with the present petition praying to modify the condition with regard to appearance before the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that there is no such threatening at the hands of the respondent police.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners and accordingly this petition is dismissed.
