ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the secret information received from the headquarters, 110 Cr.P.C. proceedings is going to be initiated against this petitioner and summons was also going to be issued.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received any summons so far.

4. Since 110 Cr.P.C. proceedings is going to be initiated, after receiving the summons, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned authority and putforth his objection. 2/4

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
