RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.11413 of 2016 dated 12.7.2016 and to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, at Tiruchirappalli district and the respondent police of Veppur police station at Cuddalore district instead of K.K. Nagar police station, at Trichy district and to accept two common sureties in Cr. No. 105/2016 on the file of the respondent police.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11413 of 2016 dated 12.07.2016.
2. The petitioner was charged for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 302, 201 r/w. 120(b) of I.P.C. and he filed Crl.O.P.(MD). No.11413 of 2016 for bail and this Court, by order dated 12.07.2016, granted bail, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Now, the petitioner has come out with the present petition for modification on the ground that the petitioner is facing life threat.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that there is no life threat to the petitioner and the petitioner did not appear before the respondent police.
