ORDER

The petitioner challenges the order of the second respondent in proceedings No.2024/0103/25/111455, dated 29.06.2024 and to consequently issue patta to the petitioner in respect of S.No.1503/2A6 to an extent of 1863 sq.ft. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The impugned order passed by the second respondent is perused. The said order has been passed by way of a non-speaking order and no valid reasons have been assigned for the rejection of the petitioner's request. Hence, on this limited score, I deem it fit to set aside the impugned order. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 29.06.2024 is set aside. The matter is remitted to 2/4

the second respondent for considering the same and therefore, in accordance with law and on merits. It is needless to state that the second respondent shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties before passing final orders on the petitioner's application dated 14.12.2024. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
