E.Nimimol ...2nd Respondent/ Defacto Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records pertaining to the impugned charge sheet in S.C.No.111 of 2018 pending on the file of the Mahila Court Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District and quash the same as illegal in respect of the petitioner.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 08.03.2022 and 12.10.2022, and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge, Additional District (Fast Track) Court, FAC of Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil, in D.No.53/2023, dated 03.02.2023, seeking further extension of 6 months time for dispose of the case in S.C.No.111 of 2018 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagercoil, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.111 of 2018. 2.This Court, by order, dated 08.03.2022 directed the Court below to dispose of S.C.No.

111 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below seeks further six months time to dispose of the said case. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4405 of 2022 the above case. Accordingly, six months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.111 of 2018 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
