Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent in P.R.No.102/2017, dt.18/11/2017 under Rule 3(b) of the Tamil Nadu Police Subordinates Service (Disciplinary and Appeal) Rules, 1955 and to quash the same.
