O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to take necessary action on the petitioner complaint dated 13.07.20242.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.According to the petitioner, he had lodged a complaint as against the private respondents 4 to 11 for the fabrication of documents and the same has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 3. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that they had received the complaint of the petitioner, dated 13.07.2024. However, the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police for enquiry, due to medical ailments. In the meanwhile, the private respondents have filed a petition before this Court not to harass them and the same is pending. The respondent police is ready to conduct enquiry on appearance of parties and complete the same within a period of two weeks 4.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 13.07.2024, after issuing notice to the private respondents and the petitioner and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid directions and observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
