RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 9106 of 2016 dated 13.06.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DHANA LAW ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KANNITHEVAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9106 of 2016 dated 13.06.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Hence, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
