2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions for a period 22 days, imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition and investigation has not been completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
