ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the the second respondent to survey the petitioner's land in survey No.142/1F, situated at Alagapuri village, Marunkapuri Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2017. 2.According to the petitioner, she has purchased a property in survey No.142/1F, situated at Alagapuri village, Marunkapuri Taluk, Trichy District from one Muthu. Thereafter, on 16.05.2017, she filed an application before the respondents to survey the said property and she has also paid necessary fee for the same. But, so far, no action has been taken. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2017 and survey the above property within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and rival claimants, if any.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
