To call for the records connected to the judgment dated 24.01.2014 in S.C.No.168 of 2013 on the file of the Hon'ble Sessions Judge of Thiruchirappalli Division, Tiruchirappalli and set aside the conviction and sentence imposed against the appellants and acquit the appellants.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Ramachandran, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent and Petitioners not appeared in person or by an Advocate and the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

3. This Petition is to condone the delay of 116 days in filing
restoration petition in Crl.A.(MD).No.202 of 2015, which was dismissed for default on 26.02.2016.
4. The petitioners, in the affidavit filed in support of the Interlocutory Application, indicated the reasons for the delay in filing the restoration petition.
5. In view of those reasons, this petition is allowed. The delay is condoned.
