ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to complete the investigation in Cr.No.178 of 2022 and to file final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after investigation finding that the above said disputed document was cancelled, further action was dropped. After that Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, on 08.04.2023.

3. Let closure report be served upon the petitioner, so that he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved. 2/4

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
