ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action as against the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's online complaint / representation, dated 27.10.2024 and through postal representation, dated 10.02.2025.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner and they issued summons to both the parties and today, fixed the date to conduct enquiry. Therefore, they will conduct proper enquiry and dispose the same within one week.

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition and the representation of the petitioner also under consideration by the third respondent, this Court without issuing notice to the private respondent inclined to dispose the writ petition by directing the third respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order, in accordance with law.
