ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.98 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Manur Police Station, Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal) appearing for the first respondent would submit that already they have completed the investigation and closed the case as mistake of fact. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
