ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the proceedings of the third respondent connected with Order No.IR21Tut2019004587 dated 27.09.2019 to quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to re-inspect the samples of the subject consignment covered under Bill of Entry No.2881485 dated 17.04.2019 and to further direct the second and third respondents herein to release the above subject consignment on the re-inspection opinion.

2. The third respondent has filed a status report dated 18.03.2020 stating that the goods has been released.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
