Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.GEORGE PAUL ANTO, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KANNITHEVAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.862 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7969 of 2015 dated 01.02.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate. Hence, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court regularly until further orders.
