This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent in O.S.No.5 of 2016, on the file of the District Munsif, Cheranmahadevi, under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) for the respondent police. 3.According to the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent police, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner an enquiry was conducted and both the parties appeared before the respondent police and they gave an undertaking that they will workout their remedy in the pending suit.
