ORDER
This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 26.12.2018 within a stipulated period. W.P.(MD).No.3878 of 2020 2.The petitioner has not produced any document of assignment in his name. It is not known as to how the petitioner is entitled to claim right under one Packiyam who is said to be one of the original assignees.
3.In the absence of any document to show that the petitioner has got some right in respect of the Survey number for which the writ petition is filed, this writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in case he produce documents indicating as to how he derived title under any of the person who got assignment from the Government. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
