This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to implement his own order passed through his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/3705426/2025 dated 04.11.2025 and to settle the compensation amount along with eligible interest as per the statute to the Petitioner in respect of the property to an extent of 30 cents in Sy.No. 87/3K situated at Tholappanpannai Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, 2/6
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 16.12.2025 to implement the order of the second respondent dated 04.11.2025 and to settle the compensation amount along with eligible interest as per the statute to the petitioner in respect of the subject property. Since no action has been taken by respondents 1 to 6, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. In response, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 6 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2025 will be considered and disposed of within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Recording the aforesaid submission, without going into the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, 3/6
preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
