Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.VENKATESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8882 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10682 of 2017 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition and investigation has not been completed.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
