2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No. 6 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the concerned Court for all future hearings regularly, without fail.
