ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to expeditiously conduct the further enquiry in C.No.CM Cell No.1351744 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the same is still pending.

3.Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
