ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 465, 468, 471, 420 and 406 of IPC, in Crime No.33 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 4117 of 2015 to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.33 of 2015 and this court has granted interim stay on 17.03.2015 and the same is in force and even after the interim stay granted by this court, the respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ harassing the petitioners.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the respondent police will not arrest the petitioners till the disposal of the quash petition and they also would not harass the petitioners.
