O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR in Crime No.135 of 2019 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act.

2.Mrs.Hema is the defacto complainant. She is present in person. She states that she has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR. The petitioner/Sankar is also present. Both have filed a compromise memo and the same has been signed by their respective counsel. It is taken on record and it shall form part of the order.

3.Since the defacto complainant herself has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR, the same stands quashed. The criminal original petition stands allowed.
