ORDER

This petition has been filed under section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking modification of the condition in Cr.M.P.No.722/2015 by order dated 12/02/2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai by the production of two local sureties of the petitioner's village worth about Rs.5000/- from the local Tashildar appearance of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the rival submissions, this Court directs that the order of learned Judicial Magistrate IV, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.722/2015 dated 12.02.2015 shall stand modified to the effect that the petitioner shall be permitted to produce any two sureties in sums of Rs.5000/- each. In other respects, the order of the lower Court shall remain unaltered. 4.With this direction, the petition is disposed of.
