ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner to punish the Contemnor for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.26982 of 2019, dated 12.02.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order of this Court is complied with and the same is recorded.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader has also produced the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1087/2019/Pe.Roo.1, dated 24.03.2021 and the same is also taken on record.
