(Order of the Court was authored by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This review application has been filed against the order passed by the Division Bench dated 22.06.2023 made in W.A.(MD)No.1067 of 2020.

2. Today, when the review application is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the applicants, on instructions, would submit that, in fact, the order passed by the Division Bench dated 22.06.2023 has been complied with and the salary also has been paid to the Teacher. Therefore, nothing effectively is left for adjudication even by way of a review in this lis. Therefore, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that this review application could be disposed accordingly.

3. Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, as no further adjudication, even by way of review, is available in this review application, the same is liable to be dismissed. 2/4
