RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of CR.P.C that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court will be pleased to direct the learned Sessions Court Cum PCR Court, Srivilliputhur to proceed the case in Special S.C.No.24 of 2013 on the file on the file of the learned session Court Cum PCR Court, Srivilliputhur expeditiously and dispose the case within a time frame fixed by this Hon`ble Court. ORDER : This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day upon hearing perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof as well as the earlier order of this Court, the court made the following order :- The Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, sought further extension of three months' time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.24 of 2013.

2. Time is extended for further period of three months, with a direction to the Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond three working days at any point of time.
