ORDER

The plaintiff in an unnumbered O.S.SR.No.1277 of 2025 on the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Karur is the the revision petitioner herein.

2. The plaint has been returned on 21.07.2025 directing the plaintiff to produce certain documents. A perusal of the return sheet reveals that the plaintiff has been directed to produce the title deed. The plaintiff has also been directed to produce the sale deed standing in the name of Kaliyanna Goundar. The plaintiff has further been directed to aver whether the family arrangement of the plaintiff and his sisters on 01.04.2023 is a written document or not. Challenging the said returned order, the present revision petition has been filed.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, it is the ancestral property of the Kaliyanna Goundar and therefore, there is no sale deed in the name of Kaliyanna Goundar. He further undertakes to aver in the plaint that the family arrangement, dated 01.04.2023 is a oral arrangement.

4. The revision petitioner is directed to represent the plaint on the basis of the above said submissions made before this Court. On such representation, the plaint shall be numbered, if it is otherwise in order. 2/4

5. With the said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
