The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 7.7.2022 and cancel the patta issued in favour of sixth respondent in respect of the property situate in S.No.130/2B, MR IV 161 Ambai, Moovrkulam Uravu, Cheran Kovilpathu, Cheran Mahadevi.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. Since no adverse order is passed against the 6th respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.
3.It is the case of the Petitioner that the above mentioned property was assigned in favour of the Petitioner's husband Esakki, son of Sudalaimuthu by the Commissioner of Land Reforms on 30.11.1980. In the revenue records, name of the sixth respondent has been wrongly included as if he is entitled to the said property. Therefore the Petitioner submitted a representation on 7.7.2022 seeking cancellation of patta issued in the name of the sixth respondent and for issuance of patta in the name of the Petitioner. The said representation has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the third respondent already initiated proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa 4/ 5445 of 2022, dated 15.7.2022 and enquiry was almost completed.
5.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the 3/6
matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 7.7.2022 and pass final orders on its own merits after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and sixth respondent, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
