ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to issue free house site patta in favour of the petitioner in Thirupurankundram Taluk and its Surroundings Nilayoor, Srinivasa Colony and East Taluk Sakkimangalam. 2.According to the petitioner she belongs to linguistic minority, Hindu, Sourastra community and she is a handloom weaver. She has made an application to the first respondent for grant of free house site patta in her favour on 17.01.2018. So far, no order has been passed. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 17.01.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
