Kandasamy, Government Advocate(Crl Side) the court made the following order:- Anticipatory Bail was granted by this Court, as per the order dated 01.12.2016 directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court within 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and thereafter, the petitioner filed Crl.M.P.(MD)No.99 of 2017 seeking extension of time and it was ordered on 09.01.2017 granting 10 days further time from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The counsel for the petitioner states that the copy of the above said order was received only on 11.01.2017. The present petition is filed on 23.01.2017. There is a delay of two days. Hence, the petitioner failed to appear before the concerned court, within the stipulated time, as ordered in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.99 of 2017.

3. Considering the reasons assigned for extension of time, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a further period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of Rs.300/- to the District Legal Service Authority, Virudhunagar. sd/- 03/02/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
