: Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent, his men and agents from demolishing/putting any structures in the Petitioner's property comprised in T.S.No.68, Block No.10, AD Ward in Tiruchirappalli Municipal Corporation to an extent of 3875 sq.mts(Old T.S.No.69 part, Sengulam Village, Tiruchirappalli East Taluk and District) and to direct the respondent to make proper survey and then to proceed in accordance with law.
