O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first to third respondents to survey the petitioner's property in Survey No.308/9, measuring an extent of 10 cents, situated at Keelakalangal Village, Veerakeralam Pudur Taluk, Tenkasi Page No. 2 of 6
District and to fix boundary stones under the supervision of the fourth respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2025, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a representation has been submitted for the survey of the property in question and for demarcation of its boundaries.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2025 would be considered by the second respondent and that thereafter, on payment of the requisite fee, the second and third respondents would take appropriate steps to survey and demarcate the land in question, after considering the claims of all parties, in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2025 and conduct an enquiry. Thereafter, on payment of the requisite fee by the petitioner, the second and third respondents shall survey and demarcate the petitioner's land, after considering the claims of all parties including the private respondents and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to work out their remedies before the Civil Court. It is needless to state that before conducting the survey, notice shall be issued to the adjacent landowners, the private respondents and other interested parties, if any, and that if required, police protection may also be sought.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
