ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13648 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1110 of 2024, by order dated 18.12.2024.

2. This Court, while suspending the sentence on 18.12.2024, directed the petitioner to appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai, daily at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional 1/3

Public Prosecutor submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 30.12.2024 to till date.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 30.12.2024 to till date, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13648 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 25/02/2025 / TRUE COPY / /02/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
